We were tasked with the design and layout of a white paper that explores how the 10 principles of UX design can be applied to contracts — turning dense, complex documents into user-friendly tools. This collaboration between Novation Consulting and Hey Plain Jane aims to bridge the gap between legal content and human-centred design. Our visual approach supports clarity, structure, and accessibility, helping readers rethink contracts not as static documents, but as experiences that can be designed for ease and understanding.
